The Way I See Business: Why Alignment Comes Before Strategy

For years, I built businesses the way I was told to: follow the plan, hit the benchmarks, scale fast, don’t stop. And it worked—until it didn’t.

This episode is about what I discovered when I stopped trying to do business “right” and started building it aligned. It’s about how astrology and human design didn’t just shift my mindset—they gave me the language, structure, and permission I needed to completely reimagine how I work.

Because what I’ve learned is this:

A business built from strategy alone can’t hold you.
Only one rooted in your design will.

The Philosophy Behind My Work

Before I ever talk funnels or offers with a client, I look at something deeper: their worldview.

Your business isn’t just a collection of services. It’s an ecosystem. And if that ecosystem doesn’t reflect who you are and how you naturally operate, it will eventually collapse—energetically, financially, or emotionally.

That’s why the foundation of my work is built on this core belief:

The most sustainable and impactful businesses are created when the founder is deeply aligned with their unique design.

Alignment isn’t just about vibes. It’s structural. Emotional. Strategic. Financial. It influences every single layer of your business—from how you show up, to how you sell, to how much capacity you have to hold it all.

When your work emerges from your values, gifts, and natural rhythms, something clicks. Your offers magnetize the right people. Your marketing stops feeling like a performance. Your strategy becomes a mirror—not a mask.

From Quarter-Life Crisis to Cosmic Clarity

This philosophy didn’t come from a mastermind or a podcast. It came from a full-on identity crisis.

At 24, I hit my 12th house perfection year—a time astrologically known for ego death, undoing, and deep spiritual reflection. I left behind the business I had built, the identity I’d clung to, and the achievements I thought defined me.

And in the wreckage, I asked the question we all eventually face:
Who am I if I’m not “successful”?

My answer came through the stars. Astrology gave me patterns. Human design gave me energy maps. Together, they helped me make sense of what I loved, what I was good at, and what I needed in order to build something that wouldn’t break me.

It wasn’t instant. But it was real.

The Unexpected Path to Business Consulting

I didn’t plan to become a business consultant. The universe sort of tricked me into it—with one client who needed help, then another, then another. Each time, I brought their chart into the conversation—not as a gimmick, but as a strategic tool. And each time, the result was a business model that felt true to them.

No more forcing offers that didn’t fit.
No more launching on someone else’s timeline.
No more copying a content strategy that worked for someone with a completely different design.

I realized this was the work I was meant to do:
Not to make people more productive—but more themselves.
